So the Elevator weather report listed the forecast for the next two days as..
Thursday: Risk of Thundershowers
Friday: Chance of Thundershowers
Ok... so which is more likely to happen? And don't the two words really just have different connatations anyway? I mean how likely are you to say "I have a risk of winning that lottery"? So wouldn't chance kinda lean more toward something you want to happen?
And no I haven't just went and found a % for this cause I don't really care... I mean it's a weather forecast... so it has the risk of being accruate at about the same rate as I have a chance of running for public office.

And some not so new... but well since my MP3 player seems to be stuck in '95 just about everything is new lately :) Part of this was brought on by djtodd's last show. He "timewarped" back to 1996... and I realized that this was basically my random playlist :)
Anyway I've also been catching up on a few bands. Just listened to some more recent Project Pitchfork... now I'm used to their lyrics being... well a bit off.. but really?

I am a subtle flavour, quiet and polite, gentle, almost ambient. My presence in crowds will often go unnoticed. Best not to spill me on your clothes though, I can leave a nasty stain. What Flavour Are You?

It's been fun.
- I went to a zoo at night.
- Wandered a china town and managed to resist the hard sell on some hand made suits... they really like the hard sell here.
- Heard the oddest live band... acoustic guitar, classic violin, cute asian
girl singing... and the song... Britney Spears - Hit me baby one more
time.
- Their mass transit is called "Singapore Mass Rail Transit" yep... SMRT
- And they have a senior thing called Silver Pass or some such... and
apparently there is a special train for old people that goes
somewhere... but they've managed to name it the "silver bullet" ...
their transit system is trying to kill me with laughter :)
- I took some pictures... and I may get around to posting a few :)

On a stopover. It's 3PM local time but 3AM according to my internal clock. I'm don't really feel tired but my mind is only half on. In an hour or so I get on another plane to fly the last part of the flight to Singapore.
Then I'll probably pass out :)
